Nice and useful especially when half the family is scattered around the world!

Originally this app was great. Lately, anytime I try to update or refresh the whereabouts of someone while they are traveling, it wont update. The refresh circle just continues to spin for minutes on end. At one point, it hadnt been updated for 15 minutes. This is even after I closed completely out of the app and restarted it. Both parties have reliable services (if not wifi). This issue is frequent and aggravating.

The app has lots of great features and friendly to use. Sometimes the distance may be off. The accuracy can improve and the update are slow

So glad you fixed the problem of not being able to locate an individual in your circle!! Very quick acting and fixing. Amazing and reassuring app just like before.

Usually a great app, but now its not updating for my childs location.

Very helpful. The app is amazing makes me feel better knowing that my daughter is safe.

You may have squashed the bug but you also squashed the app and it wont completely install again. Fix it

This app has given me peace of mind while waiting for my daughter or husband to get home on bad weather or has allowed me to know where my kid was when she was late, without calling her while she is driving! Great app!

This apps location accuracy is awful. My family is all sitting next to each other at the same table, yet the app shows us all in different places many city blocks away from each other.

Since updating the app it no longer updates location. Sometimes it cannot locate at all. Very disappointing since it used to be a really good app.

its an ongoing cycle of the arrow going in circles. doesnt ever update the location.

Love love this app so easy to use especially because I dont have to call my kids to see where they are!!! A++++

Slow to update locations

Horrible since last update!!

the update didnt fix what most people are reviewing about, the refresh button still doesnt stop spinning which causes the location to not update. this is frustrating and it seems like im not the only one having this issue. before the last couple updates, the app was wonderful and now it never loads someones location.

Refresh location button spins endlessly and randomly refreshes location. If you dont check the app constantly, then its not logging locations.
