Parents, do not download this app. Life360 has been the worst app for protecting my child that I have downloaded. I have been a single mom and it has been very hard because my child used to run off all the time. I wanted to know where he would be so I downloaded Life360 for us. Life360 sold our location data and my baby died! My poor poor baby! How can people know they did such a thing and sleep at night? Please, parents don’t download this app your child isn’t safer.

Been using FF with my Apple for years. Tried Life360 because I have friends with Samsungs and they can’t use FF. Life360 decided to give me a survey on the 1st day and I don’t have an opinion yet.

It doesn’t always work accurately. There are days it doesn’t work at all for location or letting you know someone left home.

My kids father took them to GA without my permission. I made them download this app and got their exact location. I love how it keys records off every moment, the drive time, everything about it I love. I love that they can see me because then it helps them understand that it’s for precautions and not just spying on them. But I got my kids back the next day.

Used to use it with my mom and sibling when I was dating but now me and bf enjoy using it just to make sure each other is safe

I can always see when people leave the house and see where everybody is and if they got were they needed to be you do have to pay for if you wanna know if they got in a crash but still it’s awesome and you can teach your dog

A little weird because it says street but not town for example South street might be in most places towns then it’s you need to zoom out

Great app helps my husband and I know the other is safe even when service is spotty. Only down side is it doesn’t give you a lot of place alerts unless you subscribe.

I love love love love love this app because I can see where my mom,step dad, sisters, cousin, and friends are so I can know if they are in a safe place.

The latest update with the constantly moving bubble groups is significantly worse. Also, now it’s much more difficult to move and zoom in and out on the map. Please change it back to the way it was, and I’ll be happy to change my poor rating.

I’m not sure where to begin. For several months now this app has been going downhill. It’s extremely inaccurate. At least half the time it’s showing our family in locations where they are not. My daughter and husband are currently at the same location about 15 min from me, but it shows my husband’s phone to be in a location 6 min from me. I called to make sure he hadn’t lost his phone, and he has it with him. It showed my daughter’s boyfriend driving at speeds of over 100mph one night, driving through wooded areas into the next state and back, while he was at our house with his phone the whole time. It often won’t update location, it shows our phones aren’t charging, when they actually are, shows my husband has arrived at home when he’s at work the whole time, and this morning it showed my husband had been home since yesterday morning, but actually sent me notifications that he left and arrived back home when he went to run an errand. Yesterday it said his phone was off, but he was sitting right by me, ON HIS PHONE. When two or more arrive somewhere in the same car, it shows us arriving at different times, sometimes 20-30 minutes apart. There are so many other issues, those are just a few. I’ve tried the chat for support, but the stupid ai is unable to help except to tell me all of the troubleshooting steps (which we’ve already done), and then saying that a customer care person will contact me, but they don’t. We were actually thinking about upgrading to the paid gold version, but I’m glad we waited. It would’ve been a waste of money. If these issues aren’t fixed soon, we’ll be deleting the app and just going with our phones’ location services.

I’ve been emailing back and forth for over a week trying to get this app to work with my kids phones. It all the sudden stopped working, we’ve done all of the troubleshooting, updated, uninstall reinstall shut off phone did a little dance and nothing. Won’t let us log in and says try again later. I’ve reached out via chat and email and they won’t respond anymore. This is frustrating as we have the platinum plan

I use it all the time with my family. Could not be happier

Very simple to set up, easy to use and quick response time. My Wife and I love it. Apple Location, Snap maps, And really any other form just don’t satisfy the Way Life 360 does

I’ve had this app for quite sometime and although I use the free version this app use to give more for free. (Not a lot but a few features). They have since taken any benefits that might have made me happy with this app. I only keep it for my grandkids. When they take away what is currently free, I too will go away. I think it’s too expensive for what you get especially for seniors living on a small budget. Ah well. Whatcha gonna do. lol

This use to be a great app. They updated it and now doesn’t work as well. Not even close to the actual location.

UPDATE 4/10/25 - I am not a fan of the most recent update of this app. The new map interface with how the icon bubbles work is pretty annoying. It also for some reason defaults out to the full world view rather than staying local as it was before. I would prefer if the interface went back to how it was previously. This app is absolutely superb & have no major issues. I had originally said that I couldn’t access control center or Notification center within the app but after upgrading to an iPhone X with iOS 12 it now works properly which makes me now think the issue was related to something in iOS 10 which is the firmware version I had on my iPhone 7. **Update as of 4/12/19 - The location refresh button is gone in the latest update for some reason. Possibly a bug, needs addressed. **UPDATE 2/27/22 - The app works fine but is very sluggish when moving through certain menus or performing certain actions. Not sure what happen but a stability/performance update is needed asap.

Good app for your loved ones, annoying when your perants track you but not the apps fault

My son just started driving and He got tired of me texting him to see where he was, he said mom please load this app! Only downfall when he’s on the bus going to a game it alerts me that he’s driving risky but he’s not driving. Scare’s me ! Lol

Love this app. My wife and I are always on the go and knowing where we are and ok is so important as well as having a price of mind.

My dogs hate the preset jingle that Life360 has. Would love to change it. Love the app but may have to stop using it due to it driving my dogs nuts.
